Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Current shipping rates

• Standard: $5.99 flat rate.
• Free standard shipping: order subtotal of $70 or more.
• Express: $15.

The rate and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. Taxes and discounts can affect the qualifying subtotal.

Processing and transit

Most orders fulfilled by Supliful are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. transit is typically 3–6 business days after processing. Express estimates appear at checkout. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, and destination can affect delivery time; these estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Check your address before submitting the order. If you notice an error, email bocellehelp@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

Email us with your order number and details. Photos are helpful for damaged or incorrect items. We will review the carrier and fulfillment records and respond with next steps.
